In this section, we describe some ideas of things you can do that could help to monitor and improve your wellbeing, your self-esteem and your family relationships, to manage stress and to receive support. There are things that caregivers can do with children, and others are ideas that adolescents and adults with TSC can do themselves. Most of the strategies described here are not specific for individuals with TSC, but they can still be of help for you or your family.
